Synux Technologies - Terms of Services

Written estimates available upon request.
Labor rate for all services is $95.00 per hour.
One hour minimum charge for onsite labor.
One half hour minimum charge for remote assistance or telephone support.
Minimum travel charge of $25.00 each way for destinations beyond 20 minutes or 20 miles whichever is less.
Travel charges assessed at $25.00 per hour each way for destinations beyond one hour of travel.
Travel time is assessed from either point of origin for the servicing technician or Synux legal address whichever is less.
Serviced items are returned upon receipt of payment.
Finance charge of 1.5% per month is assessed on all outstanding balances from date of service.
Storage of customer hardware and/or software is charged at $15.00 per day from date of invoice.
Failure to claim materials within 60 days of invoice date will result in forfeiture of all materials and data.
Forfeiture of materials for any reason does not reduce or negate accrued charges.
